Shipping Policy
We ship internationaly
For each order, please allow 2-5 Business Days for production, as each item is made on demand as customer order item individually.
In addition, please allow for shipping times wit the average 7-15 Business Days.
These shipping times are averages. We cannot guarantee these shipping times. Delivery may happen quicker or later. Factors which can impact delivery times include natural disasters, holidays and increased demand.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We create shipping labels based on the details provided by our customers. If you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address at no extra cost.
If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. Please also inform us so we can assist where possible.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for covering the reshipment fee, and the order will be processed again according to our standard timelines.
